Printed to the highest industry quality by an excellent fine art printer using fully archival Epson inkjet pigments on 100% cotton rag Epson Signature Hot Press Bright paper, hand-cut to select paper sizes.

CARD OF AUTHENTICITY

All prints are accompanied by a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity to maintain the integrity of each print.

SHIPPING

Prints arrive in approximately 1 - 2 weeks. Some countries may take longer to process prints at customs. Please note that Covid-19 has also affected shipping timelines and these vary according to country. The destination country calculates and applies taxes and duties at Customs. Goods imported into the EU are subject to import value-added tax (VAT).

RETURN POLICY

Prints are final sale and non-returnable. The quality of the prints is guaranteed, so if your order was shipped with a defect or arrived damaged, please contact Julie at julie@juliekraulis.com.

TIPS FOR CARING FOR YOUR PRINT

- Framing is the best protection for your print. Make sure framing is archival and all materials used are acid-free to ensure that your work does not deteriorate over time.

- If you have the print framed, best to have the framer remove and handle the work for you as they are the experts!

- Avoid touching the surface of your print and always have clean hands when handling the print directly.

- When removing the print from the tube, avoid damaging the sides of the print by gently coaxing the print out from the middle.
